Antonio Galloni 94pts
The 2016 Pinot Noir Wilson Vineyard is a striking, multi-dimensional wine. Dark red and purplish fruit, savory herbs, licorice, and lavender all flesh out beautifully in the glass. This cool, late-ripening site tends to produce savory Pinots. There is plenty of aromatic finesse in the 2016, but also quite a bit of textural richness and depth to play off those elements. Powerful, explosive and full of character, the Wilson is another superb wine from Sean Capiaux. Drinking window 2020-2028. Reviewed Apr 2018
